ARTICLE I - DUES

Dues of the Organization for a given year shall be $25.  Membership dues shall be discounted by $10 if the member is a full-time student.

ARTICLE II - EXPENDITURES

All expenditures over the amount of fifty dollars ($50) must be approved by a vote of the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE III - REGULAR MEETINGS

Regular meetings of the Organization shall be held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM CST.

ARTICLE XI – AMENDMENTS

These By-Laws may be amended by majority vote of the Organization.  All proposed amendments must first be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors.
